About Beas Kund Trek,Manali :The Beas Kund trek is classified as an easy-Moderate trek. You start from an altitude of 8,156 ft at Solang Valley and you reach the highest point of 12,772 ft at the lake at Beas Kund. This means you gain around 4,616 ft over just three day of trekking. tis can make the quite demanding.Beas kund, which is regarded as a holy lake is located in the kullu valley and is the original source of River Beas. It is believed that Rishi Vyas used to take his daily bath in the pristine water of this lake that is perched at an altitude of 3,650 meters in the lap of MT. Hanuman Tibba and Seven Sister’sThis 3 days Beas kund trek commences from Manali and leads to Dhundi at 3,150 meters via Solang Nalla. The trail faces a gradual climb from solang Nallah abd it takes approximately 5-6 hours. The route from Dhundi winds upward to Bakarthach, which is at an evelvation of 3,300 metersand leads to Beas kund after a gradual climb over the moraine.

Day 01: Manali to Solang valley/ Dhundhi-Bakarthach (4hrs trek)

Drive Manali to Dhundi and Trek to Bakarthach 4hr pitch the tent at bakarthach check in the camp, capture a sunset from there. Dinner and bonfire in the camp. Overnight stay in tents at Camp Site.

Day 02: Bakarthach – Beaskund-lake- Back (5 hrs trek)

After breakfast we can trek to Beaskund via Bakarthach (its named after Sage Beas) its located in the altitude of 4300mtrs. One can take the holy bath at lake. We can have our pack lunch near the lake and descend down to the camp. Reach to camp enjoy the tea/coffee Rest day at leisure. Overnight in camp.

Day 03: Bakarthach to Dhundi and drive back to Manali

After breakfast windup the camp and trek back to Dhundi and get transfer from Dhundi to Manali. A vehicle from here will take you back to Manali where the experience comes to an end.
